1. Information in the game

I Am Panda does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information from players during gameplay. We do not request your name, email address, physical address, personal files, photos, or contacts within the game. We do not use our own advertising trackers or analytics services within the game.

2. The Meta Quest platform

Meta may process account, purchase, device, usage, and diagnostic information to operate the Meta Quest platform. Meta handles that information under its own Privacy Policy and your platform settings.

We may view aggregated performance, engagement, and crash information provided through the Meta developer dashboard. We use this information to understand how the game performs, fix problems, and improve the experience.

3. Website visits and support

This informational website does not provide user accounts or intentionally use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your question, provide support, or handle a privacy request.

4. Storage and sharing

CosmicFlow does not operate a server that collects personal player data from I Am Panda gameplay. Platform information is handled by Meta. Website and support information may be processed by our hosting and email providers to provide those services.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices and deletion requests

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by CosmicFlow, email hi@cosmicflow.world with the subject “I Am Panda Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and include only the information needed to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send passwords or payment details.

We will review your request and may need to verify that it comes from you before acting. We can delete support correspondence we hold, subject to applicable retention requirements. Meta account, purchase, and other platform information must be managed through Meta’s account and privacy controls; we cannot delete that information on Meta’s behalf.

6. Children’s privacy

I Am Panda does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to us can contact us to request its deletion. Use of Meta Quest is subject to Meta’s account requirements and parental controls.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The current policy and its updated date will remain available on this page.
